MEALS INCLUDE: Beef Bourguignon, Beef Madras and Moroccan Beef.


Beef Bourguignon: A French beef stew braised in red wine, often red Burgundy, and beef stock, typically flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic and garnished with mushrooms, and bacon (optional).

Ingredients included in box:
1kg casserole steak
6 garlic cloves 
1 tbs herb mix
2 onions 
Beef broth
2 carrots 
Not Included in box: 
1 tbs olive oil
120g bacon - chopped (optional)
1/4 cup fresh parsley - finely chopped
Pinch sea salt
Pinch black pepper
350mls red wine
150g mushrooms - quartered (optional)
 
Beef Madras: A madras curry is a fairly hot curry (heat optional) with a dark red thick sauce. The colour comes from the chillies and paprika.

2 small brown onions 
4 garlic cloves 
2 red chillies 
Spice mix 
Coconut cream
Bone broth

½ bunch coriander – roughly chopped for garnish
 
Moroccan Beef: A slow cooked moroccan inspired beef stew. Perfect for those winter days!
